Company is extremely Motivated to focus on quality, applied science and longevity of the company in an ever irresolute industry.

   Cons

   Piece of work/life balance can be really bad. Especially in times of heavy workloads (major weather issues ect) loftier pressure to keep upward on cycle times fifty-fifty when extremely busy making for some very log days.

   Pros

   The benefits and pay at this company are fantastic. Yous are rewarded for your hard work and efforts. They enquire your stance about the concern and what would you practise if this was your business. Never worked for a company that actually wanted to know my opinion almost the business. They have a great business concern model different anyone in the industry.

   Cons

   Company has been in place since 1963. however they are growing their Corporate part which has it challenges but they are open to hearing how to brand improvements with electric current process and procedures. Growing pains.

   Franchise Owner was very rude, treated like a child. His way or the highway. When laptop broke downward for one day, habitation office IT who claims they are there 24/seven never would respond and 2 days afterward the franchise owner let me go. Everyone must have a selfie of themselves at the first inspection of the day in forepart of the customer or shop which laughs or questions why that the visitor cant trust anyone to clothing the correct wearing apparel everyday. They volition fine you if you do not have the correct photos on each assignment.
